Can I sign up for a plan without having a discovery call?

Yes, of course! Just send an email to let us know what you need and once you are signed up we are ready to help you. This can sometimes be done on the same day.

Do you have insurance?

I am fully insured and also registered with the ICO.

What happens if I don’t use all of my time?

You are able to carry over and unused hours for one month only.

How do I make sure you’re doing a good job?

I will prioritise getting to know your business - the way you run it, your likes and dislikes etc. in order to deliver a high standard of work. This is what I'll do when we first work together and the more information I am given at the start, the better. This means I can get up to speed quickly and will really maximise the benefits I can bring to you as we work together.

How will you update me?

We can accommodate your preferred method of communication.

What are your turnaround times?

A typical turnaround of 2 working days (depending on the size and nature of the task). While we do our best to be as flexible as possible, we are generally unavailable during evenings and weekends - though is something urgent comes up and we are able to help, we will always do our best to accommodate.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only accept BACs payments, to be invoiced and paid in advance.

Do I need to sign a contract?

You will need to sign our terms and conditions, however if you did want to cancel our services you will need to give 30 days notice.

Why if you are on holiday or off sick?

From time to time, we will take holiday leave, but will always provide plenty of notice and discuss how this might affect our workflow well in advance.

Where are you based and what areas do you cover?

Based in the High Peak, but because we usually work remotely we can cover the whole of the UK!
